Sec 122-102 Permitted Principal Uses And Structures; Minimum Required Off- Street Parking

The following are the permitted principal uses and structures and minimum required off- street parking:

      1.   Single-family, detached dwelling   2 spaces per dwelling

      2.   General agricultural crops, but not the raising of farm animals, except chickens   None

      3.   Neighborhood meeting or recreation building   1 space for every 50 square feet of floor area

      4.   Park, playground, or recreation area   4 spaces for each acre developed area for active use

      5.   Elementary school   1 space per classroom/office plus 1 space per 6 seats in the main auditorium

      6.   City office building   6 spaces, plus 1 space for each employee
