Sec 122-75 Lot Area, Yard, And Height Requirements
   A.   Minimum lot area and width requirements for residential uses is five (5) acres.
   B.   The following are minimum requirements for front, side, and rear yard setbacks:
      1.   Front: forty (40) feet.
      2.   Side: twenty-five (25) feet.
      3.   Rear: thirty (30) feet.
   C.   The following is the maximum height requirement: none.
