Twenty-two (22) zoning districts are hereby established for current and future use within the corporate limits of the City. Zoning districts currently in use shall be as shown on the official zoning district map of the City. The use, height, and area regulations as set out herein shall be uniform within each district. The districts established in this section shall be known as:
A. A-1, Agricultural residential district;
B. R-l, Residential estates district;
C. R-2, Single-family residential district;
D. R-3, Two-family residential district;
E. R-4, Multifamily residential district;
F. R-5, Mobile home residential district;
G. R-6, Planned residential development district;
H. C-l, Central business district;
I. C-2, Office commercial district;
J. C-3, General commercial district;
K. C-4, Planned commercial district;
L. I-1, Restricted light industrial district;
M. I-2, Light industrial district;
N. I-3, Heavy industrial district;
O. IR-l, Institutional/residential 1;
P. IR-2, Institutional/residential 2;
Q. IR-3, Institutional/residential 3;
R. IR-4, Institutional/residential 4;
S. F-l, Floodway district;
T. F-2, Floodway fringe (overlay) district;
U. S-1, Special development conditions (overlay) district; and
V. H-l, Historic (overlay) district.
