A. No person may deposit, or cause to be deposited, in or on any street, alley, sidewalk area, or public right-of-way any refuse or other waste materials. Bulky items designated for pickup may be placed curbside.
B. It is unlawful to place upon the sidewalk area, alleys, or streets any sweepings or trash from stores or other buildings or any leaves, yard cleanings, debris from pruning, or other refuse materials.
