A. The carcass of a dead animal in the container or garbage can is prohibited. The carcass of a dead animal must be disposed of by the owner or at his expense.
B. It is unlawful for any person to bury, or cause to be buried, the carcass of any dead animal in any street, park, private premises, or any other public or private place within the City.
