Sec 110-144 Discontinuance Of Service, Notice
It is unlawful for any owner or person connected with the electrical system to disconnect from the system unless he shall have first made a request, in writing if so required by the authority, that the service of electrical current to the premises be discontinued and shall pay all arrearages in excess of the deposit amount due for the use of electrical current on the premises. When current has been cut off from any premises upon application of the owner or occupant of the premises, or for nonpayment of charges, or for any other cause, it is unlawful to again connect such premises except upon application to and by the authority.
