It is unlawful for any person whose premises are supplied with electrical current from the authority lines to install additional fixtures on a premises or to use current for purposes other than those stated in the application or to furnish current to additional residential units, persons, or premises unless he shall first make application and receive permission in the same manner as provided in the original application and permit.
