Sec 110-137 Connections

Upon presentation to the authority of proper application and deposit, a permit shall be issued to connect the electric lines with the property described in the application, and such connections shall be made from the electric lines to the premises or building described in the application as shall be necessary to furnish electric power to the occupant of the premises described.
