Sec 106-412 Sale
If no claim for the junked motor vehicle is made within sixty (60) days after removal by the City, the vehicle may be sold for the best price obtainable as junk or otherwise and the proceeds shall be used first to pay all reasonable removal or storage fees against the vehicle.
