Sec 106-411 Recovery By Owner
The owner or person in control of any vehicle so removed may regain possession thereof by making application to the Chief of Police within sixty (60) days after its removal and upon payment to the City of all reasonable costs of removal and storage which shall have accrued to such vehicle.
