Sec 106-409 Notice
The Chief of Police, the Health Officer, or any officer of the Health Department he may assign, upon complaint of any citizen or on the officer's own volition, shall cause notice to be posted on such junked motor vehicle that the vehicle is a nuisance and shall be removed within the time limit as required in Section 106-405.
