Sec 106-406 Impoundment; Release
   A.   Members of the Police Department are hereby authorized to remove and impound vehicles in violation of this article and under any of the circumstances enumerated in this article.
   B.   Prior to removal for impoundment of any vehicle, a member of the Police Department will inventory all items in the vehicle.
