The following words, terms, and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
A. Automobile wrecking or salvage yard means an area outside of a building where motor vehicles are disassembled, dismantled, junked, or wrecked, or where motor vehicles not in operable conditions, or used parts of motor vehicles, are stored.
B. Junked motor vehicle means any motor vehicle, which does not have lawfully affixed thereto an unexpired license plate or plates and the condition of which is wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, inoperative, unserviceable, abandoned, or discarded.
C. Motor vehicle means any vehicle that is self-propelled and designed to travel along the ground and shall include, but not be limited to, automobiles, buses, motor bikes, motorcycles, motor scooters, trucks, tractors, go-carts, golf carts, campers and trailers.
D. Private property means any real property within the City which is privately owned and which is not public property as defined in this section.
E. Public property means any street, alley, or highway which shall include the entire width between the boundary lines of every way publicly owned or maintained for the purposes of vehicular travel and shall also mean any other publicly owned property or facility.
