Sec 6-1 Penalty

Any licensee, owner, manager, or employee of a licensed business or establishment, or any other person, who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of an offense against the City and, upon conviction of such offense, the violator shall be punished as provided in Section 1-12 of the City of Purcell code of ordinances.
