Sec 106-229 Parking More Than Seventy-Two (72) Hours
No person shall park a vehicle on any street for a period of time longer than twenty-four (24) hours. The parking of a vehicle for more than seventy-two (72) hours shall constitute prima facie evidence of abandonment of the vehicle.
