Sec 106-44 Violation By Parent Of Child Or By Owner Of Vehicle
   A.   It is an offense against the City for the parent of any child or for the guardian of any ward to authorize or knowingly permit any such child or ward to violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
   B.   It is an offense for any person to authorize or knowingly to permit any vehicle registered in his name to be driven or to stand or to be parked in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
