Sec 106-31 Penalties

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or who performs any unlawful act as defined in this chapter, or who fails to perform any act required by this chapter, shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in Section 1-12 of this Code.
