Sec 98-69 Purpose Of Revenues
It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this article to provide revenues for the support of the functions of the municipal government of the City, and any and all revenue derived hereunder may be expended by the City Council for any purpose for which funds may be lawfully expended and authorized.
