Sec 94-322 Designation Of Neighborhoods
   A.   It is the responsibility of the Planning Commission to designate neighborhood units for which neighborhood plans shall be prepared, as specified in these regulations.
   B.   In designating these neighborhoods, due consideration shall be given to the following factors:
      1.   The current and projected growth patterns of the community; and
      2.   The concepts of neighborhood planning as contained in the comprehensive plan and these regulations.
