In addition to the powers, duties, and functions provided by law, the Charter, or ordinance, the City Clerk shall:
A. Deposit daily all revenue and other money that he collects or receives for the City.
B. Serve as the clerical officer of the Council.
C. Attend all Council meetings.
D. Attest the signature of the Mayor or the Vice-Mayor.
E. Maintain a general accounting system for the City.
