Sec 94-290 Bridges Or Culverts; Size

Bridges or culverts shall be provided where watercourses cross continuous streets or alleys, shall be sized to accommodate a one hundred (100) year frequency rain, based on the drainage area involved, and shall be designed in conformance with City construction specifications.
