Sec 2-147 Powers, Duties, And Functions Of City Treasurer
In addition to the powers, duties, and functions provided by law, the Charter, or ordinance, the City Treasurer shall disburse the funds that have been received by the City in accordance with law, the Charter, or ordinance.
