Sec 94-208 Plans Required
   A.   Plans for the improvements required by this article shall be prepared by a qualified engineer or the City Engineer and shall be approved by the City Council, or its designee, prior to final plat approval.
   B.   One (1) set of as built plans and specifications, certified and signed by an engineer registered in the State, shall be filed with the City Clerk prior to the acceptance by the City Council of any improvements installed by the subdivider.
