Any member of this committee may be removed from membership through procedures listed below:
A. Through a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the employees of the City;
B. Through recommendation by the City Manager, subject to confirmation by the entire committee, based on specific breach of confidentiality;
C. Termination of employment for any reason;
D. Failure to attend at least seventy-five percent (75%) of all meeting within any twelve-month period or four (4) consecutive absences from committee meetings.
