Sec 2-96 Scope Of Authority
   A.   The findings of this committee and any resulting recommendations are advisory only and will not be construed in any way as binding.
   B.   Final decisions on any matters will be made by the City Manager or the City Council in accordance with provisions of the City Charter, State and federal laws and any other applicable regulations.
