Sec 2-94 Meetings Of The Committee
   A.   The committee shall meet monthly on the last Tuesday of each month at 1:30 p.m.
   B.   Special meetings may be called as needed.
   C.   Meetings shall be conducted during normal business hours.
   D.   All proposed agenda items shall be communicated by the City Manager no less than five (5) days prior to the regular meeting. The City Manager may attend all meetings and may request specific agenda items for consideration by the committee.
