Sec 94-106 Sectionalizing Subdivision Plats
Prior to approval of a final plat, the Planning Commission may permit the preliminary plat to be divided into two (2) or more sections and may impose such conditions upon filing of the final plat sections as it may deem necessary to ensure the orderly development of the plat.
