Sec 94-74 Notice Of Dedications
In all instances where the sketch plat indicates the dedication or reservation of public spaces, drainage ways, or other easements, the owner or subdivider shall submit one (1) copy of the sketch plat to either the City Council or the County Board of Commissioners, for their review of the proposed dedication or reservation.
