Sec 94-44 Special Procedures

Procedures for the following types of subdivisions shall be as provided in Article 1 of this chapter:

   A.   Lot splits;

   B.   Lot line adjustments;

   C.   Planned unit development;

   D.   Mobile home subdivision;

   E.   Re-subdivision;

   F.   Undeveloped plats; and

   G.   Vacation of plats.
