Sec 86-7 Portable Display Surface
A portable display surface may be used on the premises for a period not to exceed forty- five (45) days. At the end of the period, the display surface must be removed. Any vehicle displaying signage or advertising shall be parked in an assigned parking space which is not immediately adjacent to a street frontage.
