Sec 86-5 Political Advertising Signs
   A.   No person, firm, or corporation shall erect or display any political advertising sign on any street or alley right-of-way or upon any public utility easement within this City.
   B.   No person, firm, or corporation shall place, sign face, tack, nail, staple, or glue any political advertising and sign on any telephone, telegraph, electric, or street lighting pole within this City.
