Sec 86-2 Violations

Any sign erected, placed, or displayed in violation of the provisions of this chapter, or otherwise unlawfully erected, placed or displayed, shall be a public nuisance and may be removed by the City, in addition to any other penalty imposed for such violation. No property right shall exist in such sign unlawfully erected, placed, or displayed.
