Sec 82-53 Rules And Regulations; Special Meetings
The Planning Commission shall prescribe rules and regulations governing and controlling the transaction of business before it and shall determine a date and place for regular meetings. The chairman, Mayor, or any three (3) members may call special meetings of the Planning Commission at any time.
