Sec 82-26 Regional Planning Commission
There is hereby created a Regional Planning Commission for the City. The members of the Regional Planning Commission shall consist of the members of the City Planning Commission. The mayor, City Engineer, chairman of the Board of County Commissioners, and County Engineer shall be ex officio voting members of the Regional Planning Commission but shall not be counted for purposes of a quorum. The Regional Planning Commission shall have the powers and duties outlined in this part of the City Code.
