The following provisions shall apply to permits issued pursuant to this article:
A. Permits shall be issued by the City Clerk or his designee.
B. A permit must be issued not less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to any actual selling activity by the applicant.
C. Each permit shall be issued for a three (3) day period for each location. If a change of location is desired during the three (3) day permit period, the permit will first have to be updated and renewed.
D. No permit shall be issued or renewed for more than one three (3) day period every thirty (30) days.
E. Permits may be renewed at the end of the three (3) day period pursuant to Section 78-60.
F. The permit shall be prominently displayed at the applicant's selling location.
G. A current copy of the applicant's State Tax Commission permit is to be prominently displayed with the City's permit.
H. Notwithstanding subsections (C) and (D) of this section, the City Manager may order such permits to be issued for a longer period as deemed appropriate, provided that such a period shall not exceed forty-five (45) days.
