Sec 2-26 Elections To Be Held: Three (3) Year Overlapping Terms
   A.   The terms of the five (5) elected Councilmembers shall be staggered so that at anyone general municipal election, the following Councilmember is elected at large for a three (3) year term: Councilmember for division one.
   B.   The following year, at a general municipal election, the following Councilmembers shall be elected at large for three (3) year terms: Councilmembers for divisions two (2) and three (3).
   C.   The following year at a general municipal election, the following Councilmembers shall be elected at large for three (3) year terms: Councilmembers for divisions four (4) and five (5).
