Sec 74-4 Penalty
It is unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this chapter or to use any of the park or recreational facilities without having complied with the rules and regulations adopted by the City Council in connection therewith. Anyone violating any provision of this chapter or any of the rules and regulations, or failing to comply with such, shall be guilty of an offense and on conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in Section 1-12 of this Code.
