Sec 74-1 Rules For Use Of Recreational Facilities
The City Council shall adopt and enforce such rules, regulations, and other requirements as it deems necessary or expedient in connection with the use of all recreational and park facilities, hunting, swimming, fishing or boating privileges, owned or operated by the City.
