Sec 70-202 False Representation To Officer, Employee

It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, or any agent or employee thereof, knowingly to make any material misrepresentation to any officer, employee, or agency of the City government in any official application to or official dealing or negotiation with such officer or agency.
