Sec 70-201 False Reporting Of Crime Or Fire
   A.   It shall be unlawful to willfully, knowingly, and without probable cause make a false report to any person of any crime or circumstances indicating the possibility of crime having been committed, including the unlawful taking of personal property, which report causes or encourages the exercise of police action or investigation, and any person violating the provisions hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for any person to report, or cause to be reported, directly or indirectly, the existence of a fire to the Fire Department, fire station, or other agency charged with the responsibility of extinguishing fires, unless such person knows or reasonably believes that such fire is in existence.
