Sec 70-74 Storing Or Keeping Explosives

It shall be unlawful for any person to store or keep within the City any explosive, as defined in 63 O.S. § 121.1, except that gunpowder may be kept as provided by federal, State, and City laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations in the amounts specified therein.
