Sec 70-5 Misdemeanor Provisions Of The Penal Code Of The State Of Oklahoma Adopted
This misdemeanor provisions of the Penal Code of the State of Oklahoma in Title 21 O.S. Section 1, et seq. are hereby adopted and incorporated in this section by reference and are enforceable by the City within the City limits as fully as if set out at length in this section.
