Sec 1-9 Additions And Amendments Deemed Incorporated In Code

Any and all additions and amendments to this Code, or to any chapter or other subdivision thereof, when passed in such form as to indicate the intention of the Council to make such additions and amendments a part thereof, or which are added thereto in a supplement thereof, shall be deemed to be incorporated therein, so that a reference to the Code, or to any chapter or other subdivision thereof, shall be understood and intended to include such additions and amendments.
