Sec 66-145 Amended Oil And Gas Well Permit Application
An operator may request to amend an oil and gas well permit application without re- noticing, to relocate a drill site or operation site that is shown on (or incorporated by reference as part of) the application, provided that the distance to protected uses is not decreased.
