A. No freestanding mobile home or travel trailer shall be permitted within the corporate limits of the City unless it is being offered for sale or parked for storage or located within an appropriate zoning district which permits such freestanding location.
B. Except for mobile homes or travel trailers within regular commercial mobile home or travel trailer sales lots, each such freestanding mobile home or travel trailer offered for sale must be clearly marked as such and shall not be occupied for either living or sleeping purposes.
C. Freestanding mobile homes or travel trailers located within regular commercial mobile home or travel trailer sales lots need not be individually marked for sale or removed within one hundred twenty (120) days if not sold.
D. A property owner shall not store, nor permit to be stored, more than one (1) mobile home or travel trailer on a residential lot. Such mobile home or travel trailer shall not be stored in any required front or side yard or public utility easement nor shall such mobile home or travel trailer project beyond the front of any building.
