Sec 46-115 Penalty

Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this article or who shall allow any premises occupied to become unsanitary, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in Section 1-12 of this Code.
