Editor's note- Ord. No. 14-11, §§ 1-VI, adopted Dec. 1, 2014, did not specifically amend the Code; inasmuch as it appears to supersede the provisions of former Div. 2, said ordinance has been codified as set out herein. Former Div. 2, §§ 46-81-46-84, pertained to use of tobacco by minors, and derived from Ord. No. 01-07, §§ 1-4, adopted Aug. 6, 2001.
