A. The Smoking in Public Places Act (63 O.S. §§ 1-15521-1-1527), as now or hereafter amended, is hereby adopted as if set out at length in this section and any violation of such act shall be punishable as provided in Section 1-12 of this Code.
B. The use of any tobacco-related products, including, but not limited to, smoking products, chewing tobacco, dip, snuff, etc., is prohibited within all building/structures regardless if owned, leased or operated by the City and/or the City public works authority. Additionally, if a designated area is established, tobacco products shall only be permitted in that designated location.
