Sec 46-26 Health Officer Designated To Enforce Health Ordinances
It is the intent and purpose of the City Council to delegate the enforcement of the health ordinances of this City to the Health Officer, and any decisions rendered under this section shall be subject to review by the City Council upon an appeal from an offender.
