A. The latest edition of the permanent rules of the State Department of Health pertaining to food service establishments, as codified in title 310, chapter 256 of the Oklahoma Administrative Code (O.A.C. § 310:256-1-1 et seq.), promulgated for the purpose of implementing 63 O.S. §§ 1-1101-1-1139, is adopted as a part of this section as if set out at length in this section. Three (3) copies of such rules are on file in the office of the City Clerk. The rules shall govern the definitions; inspection of food service establishments; the issuance, suspension, and revocation of permits to operate food service establishments; the prohibiting of the sale of adulterated or misbranded food or drink; and the enforcement of this section.
B. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in Section 1-12 of this Code. In addition thereto, any person convicted of violation may be enjoined from continuing the violation.
